1. Orders

1.1. Persons under 18
Only persons over 18 years of age are allowed to shop on Fantasianorth.com

1.2. Credit check
If you choose to pay by invoice, you will be notified immediately if credit has been granted and we can process your purchase immediately. In connection with this, Klarna may take a credit check. In the event of a credit check, a request copy will be sent to you, in accordance with the new Credit Information Act (KUL) which came into force on 1 January 2011. Should the application not be approved, you are welcome to choose an alternative payment method or contact Klarna.

1.3. Credit limits
Credit limits vary depending on the customer category and are established by Klarna AB. However, all credit limits require that you do not exceed your total credit limit with Klarna AB, have any unpaid debts or default on your obligations to Klarna.

1.4. Pre-bookings
You can pre-book products on Fantasianorth.com. Place the items you wish to pre-order in the shopping cart (just like a regular purchase). We will ship these orders as soon as we receive the product (the idea is that you should have the product on release day or the next working day if the release is on a Saturday). If you order items that are already in stock at the same time as a pre-ordered product, we will hold the entire order until everything arrives. If you don't want to wait, we recommend that you place two separate orders.

1.5. Orders to foreign countries
Please note that orders to foreign countries can only be paid by credit card and that Swedish VAT will be charged on all orders. All orders to foreign countries are shipped together when all ordered products are in stock.

2. Shipping

2.1. Shipping cost within Sweden
Standard shipping from Fantasianorth.com is 60:-. If the order exceeds 800:- it will be shipped free of charge.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment methods

3.1.1. Invoice
Invoice payment is offered in cooperation with Klarna AB. Our claim is thus transferred to our partner Klarna, who in turn transfers the claim to Nordea Finans Sverige AB (publ). Payment shall be made to Nordea on the account indicated.

In order to order against invoice, you must provide your full personal identity number, which is then stored in our customer register. If you do not wish to provide your full personal identity number or if Klarna rejects your order, we will refer you to one of the other payment options (see 3.1.2 Credit card, 3.1.4 Direct payment or 2.4 Postal advance). Delivery against invoice is only made to a registered address

When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to give your card details, and you always pay after you receive your goods.

If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 and interest on arrears of 25.50% will be charged. A credit check is carried out at the time of purchase, which in some cases involves a credit report. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation. Klarna processes personal data for the purposes of customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Personal numbers are used as customer numbers for customer management purposes.

3.1.2 Credit cards
We accept MasterCard, and Visa. When ordering, please enter the payment method "Credit Card" in the Checkout. When you press the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you will be taken to a Credit Card page where you enter your credit card details.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the total amount of the order will be charged to your credit card within the next few days even if your order cannot be delivered immediately.

Our credit card payments are handled by DIBS Payment Services AB (publ). Your credit card number is not stored by Speltid.se

3.1.3. Part payment
Speltid.se offers in cooperation with Klarna AB two different part payment options.
One option is a part payment at a fixed monthly cost of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months.
This option is available when your order exceeds 1000 SEK. If you choose this option, the invoice/credit will be taken over by Klarna AB. For full credit and account terms see link: account terms Klarna

3.1.3.1 Klarna account
The second option is an account option, then you pay at your own pace. Here you can choose the amount you want to pay in each month, but at least 1/24 or 50 SEK including a cancellation fee. You always pay after you have received the order. If you have several ongoing instalment purchases, these will be combined on one monthly invoice. This means that you open an account with our partner Klarna AB when you make your instalment payment. If you have made several instalment purchases, you will pay a cancellation fee. The account has 19.5% annual interest but no set-up fee. You can cancel your instalment at any time by depositing the remaining amount.

3.2. Interest on late payments and reminder fees
If you do not pay your invoice on time, Klarna will send you a reminder with a reminder fee of SEK 50 and interest on late payments of currently 25.50%. Payment must be made to the account and payee stated on the invoice.

3.3. VAT
VAT is included in all our prices.

4. Delivery

  • If we have your order by 5.30pm (excluding Friday and Saturday) the order will be dispatched the following day. This applies if the products are in stock.
  • If the product is out of stock, it will take about 3 - 14 days for it to arrive in stock, may be longer delivery time from some suppliers.
  • Items that are made to order may take longer to arrive. Please contact us at info@fantasianorth.com if you would like a more accurate delivery time.

5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

5.1. Distance and Home Selling Act
Fantasianorth.com applies the Distance and Home Selling Act. According to the Distance and Home Selling Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods and without any special reason. This does not apply if the packaging is broken.

5.2. In the event of a delay in delivery
You always have the right to cancel a purchase if you do not accept a new proposed delivery time in the event of a delay.

5.3. Refund
If you have paid in advance and wish to cancel a purchase due to a delayed delivery, or wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the money within 30 days

5.4. Right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact Fantasianorth.com to obtain the correct return details within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You can reach us at info@fantasianorth.com or at 090-770360. In order to speed up the handling of your case, we ask you to provide the following information:

- customer number or personal identity number
- invoice number
- title of the products you wish to return.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you pay the return freight to us.
In order for us to accept the return, the goods must be in a substantially unchanged condition. The goods should be well packaged, preferably in their original packaging with the associated inner packaging and together with any accessories, transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer.
Do not put address labels directly on the packaging of the goods, but put the original box in another box. We would like you to state the reason for the return and return the goods together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice, front and back) to speed up our handling of the return.
Return postage is at your own expense. Returns may not be made by cash on delivery or COD. Keep your return receipt - remember that you are responsible for the return shipment! Fantasianorth.com assumes no responsibility for shipping damage due to poor packaging upon return.

5.5. In case of dispute
Fantasianorth.com
follows the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board in case of a dispute.

6. Complaints

6.1. Defects in delivery
Should you receive a defective or misdelivered item, please contact info@fantasianorth.com directly for correct return details and fastest service. However, at the latest within a reasonable time if you as a customer have been prevented from examining the goods on delivery. We will accept the fault report and get back to you with return instructions. Send the item in the condition it was received, accompanied by a damage or fault report, and you will receive a faultless, correct item. When selling to a consumer (private person), according to the Consumer Purchase Act, Fantasianorth.com shall, in the case of a purchase made by a consumer, remedy the defect or redeliver if this can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to Fantasianorth. Furthermore, Fantasianorth always has the right to remedy the defect at its own expense, e.g. by repair, or replace with a faultless product.

6.2. Right of complaint
The right of complaint for a product expires in any case after 3 years, it is only the original customer who can complain to Fantasianorth, if a product is purchased second hand only warranty via the manufacturer applies.

7. Other

9.1. Reservations
Fantasianorth reserves the right to postpone release dates, price adjustments, end of sale, stock discrepancies, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site/advertisements. We reserve the right that some product images and product information are not final. Fantasianorth reserves the right to cancel an order without citing a specific reason.

9.2. Updated stock status

Fantasianorth.com syncs its stock status with our in-store stock. This means that you can see exactly how much we have in stock of an item. The update takes place every 15 minutes, which means that in some cases two orders may come in so close together that our sync does not keep up (in which case you will be notified by email).
