The earth as we know it is almost uninhabitable. Man's predatory drive has left him as a bleeding wound. You were born into one of three great power blocks on Earth. Everything is controlled through the internet. Smiths-Wedell's data law stipulates that everyone must be connected. Your Devices should be used for consumption.

In the worst affected places on Earth, people use gas masks when they are outdoors. The dream of leaving the planet for the holiday villages on Mars attracts most people, but few can afford to go. The more people end up in the mines in the asteroid belt. Out in the solar system, uranium is shipped to and from Earth on substandard spaceships.

But there are whispers about those who have managed to leave everything. Who fled the solar system. But it's not talked out loud. Those who are careless disappear without a trace or are retrained. And one name in particular is heard in the noise: Len Renberg.

Welcome to the fate of the universe! The Fate of the Universe is written by Daniel Lehto (The Story Game Adventure, Handbook for Superheroes - the role-playing game) and Mikael Bergström (Kutulu, The Guardians of Destiny) and forms a campaign world for the Fairytale Game Space.
